Chocolate Coated Matzo with toppings. It’s a quick and easy dessert you can whip up in no time. It’s fun to make and great way to engage the kids. Makes a great snack too. Choose from a variety of toppings, the possibilities are endless.
The toppings I have here are, pistachio, pistachio with dried cranberry or craisins, mini marshmallows and peanuts, and my favorite and best combo: craisins with orange zest. Love these and they are truly a crowd pleaser.

Chocolate coated matzo with a variety of toppings.
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
- Nuts of your choice
- Dried Cranberries
- Orange Zest
- Mini marshmallows
Place chocolate chips in a heat proof glass bowl and set over a sauce pan filled with water 1/4 way. While the water boils, it will create steam and melt the chocolate.
Place the matzo on a large flat sheet pan. Evenly spread the melted chocolate on the matzo.
Add toppings as desired. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets, about 30 minutes.
