This turkey loaf is very light and delicious, made with ground turkey breast. White turkey breast tends to be dry, but this loaf comes out juicy and packed with lots of flavor. This turkey loaf is very healthy as well and very easy to prepare. Give this recipe a try, I promise it won’t disappoint!

Delicious and juicy turkey loaf full of flavor.
- 1 pound grounded turkey breast
- 1/2 red bell pepper, grated
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, except for the ketchup. Mix really well with your hands. You may need disposable gloves for this process.

Place the meat mixture onto the baking sheet and form into a log.

Add some ketchup and spread out on the loaf, covering all the sides. Adding ketchup gives it flavor and forms a smooth and shiny crust on the loaf when baked.

Place in the oven and bake for about an hour.

When ready to serve, squeeze a bit of ketchup on top.
