Breakfast is served! Featuring my Homemade Belgium Waffles recipe. These waffles are as light as air, fluffy and crispy. Served with any topping, and these waffles are sure to please. This is a perfect Sunday breakfast idea that you can just whip up in minutes that your whole family will enjoy. This is my go-to recipe for waffles and they come out perfect every time. I hope you enjoy them as well.
I use the Oster Waffle Maker and I love it! This waffle maker has a ceramic coating, which has many benefits. It’s safe to use and healthy, it cooks evenly, fast, and the best part it’s non-stick. Your waffles will come out perfect every time, golden and crisp. This is a great product and I definitely recommend it.

- 2 eggs separated
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup oil (canola)
Preheat your Waffle Maker.
Put all ingredients, except egg whites, into a large bowl. Mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. By hand, using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
Close the waffle maker, bake for about 3-5 minutes.
Pour approximately 3/4 cup of batter over the waffle grids. Once you have reached the desired consistency of your waffles, you are ready to plate. Serve with any of your favorite toppings or just a light dusting of powdered sugar and enjoy!
