Perfect hard boiled eggs that are easy to peel. Here is a method that will just have your shells peeling right off. All you need is SALT. Add about 1/2 tsp of salt to the pot with water and boil the eggs for about 10-12 minutes. Then run your eggs under cold water when they are done. This prevents them from cooking any further. I sometimes leave them in cold water to cool them down faster and it also helps with the peeling.
