A popular Asian dish, these steaks are so delicious and easy to prepare. First, the Tuna Steaks are marinated and then coated with loads of fresh cracked black pepper and sesame before they get seared to preferred doneness. Best served with steamed rice and vegetables or salad. Best to use sushi grade tuna for raw to medium well center. Otherwise, fish needs to cook threw to medium well.
